I am a trained Spiritual Life Coach, MCMA. My personal practice is Zen mindfulness in the way of Thich Nhat Hanh, and I am also a New Monastic in the Interspiritual Movement for Contemplative Life. I am influenced by Taoism, Sufism, Mystical Christianity, Earth-based Spirituality, and all paths of the heart. My coaching work is relational and depth-oriented, informed by applied spiritual psychology.
I undergo confidential, clinical supervision as a best practice to support my clients. I hold a diploma in spiritual life coaching, and certification in safeguarding children and vulnerable adults. I am also trained in inclusivity and work with people of diverse cultural, ethnic, sexual and gender identities. I continue personal growth and professional development within an interfaith community of pscyhospiritual practitioners and connected with my spiritual traditions. My coaching work is registered with the Complementary Medical Association.
