As you read the following phrase inwardly, you may simply breathe in slowly with the first line, and breathe out deeply with the second line. As you smile warmly, you can generate a feeling of self-appreciation:
"Breathing in, I am aware of my heart. Breathing out, I smile warmly to my heart."
