Make it yours.
Go there often it.
Try trusting it.
Feel that nature is there for you.
When you are stressed and anxious or blue - go to your 'eco spot' to recuperate.
You will be glad you did.
Remember to breathe deep and slow when you are there.
Take in the colours. Use your sense of touch. Listen. Smell. Taste.
