Who it is for
An IFS support session is suitable for you if you are suffering with anxiety, low mood and/or emotional overwhelm, and are usually able to cope well by yourself, and are just looking for some support to 'ground' and return to balance.

How it works
You will be safely assisted to calm your emotions, and raise an inner sense of well-being, so that you can think clearly and take appropriate action for positive change. Sessions are informed by Internal Family Systems (IFS), which supports a process of coming into a compassionate and healing relationship with your feelings and body sensations. I also offer integrative trauma-informed techniques if needed, such as Havening and Mindfulness Practice.

A single session could help you
I have helped people with many different kinds of personalities, cultures and life experiences, to find inner calm and greater peace of mind. There is also a wide body of research emprically proving the techniques that I use to be effective in the stablisation of anxiety and post traumatic stress symptoms. The support I offer will be personally-tailored according to your needs.

Where?
Sessions may be held at my office in Wells, Somerset. You can also attend online, by phone or we can meet in a neutral outdoor location.

Appointments to suit your availability.
Sessions may last 30 minutes to 90 minutes, from £40.
