Terms & Conditions

My work is about mutual happiness, love and harmony. I want everyone to enjoy my work. But there are a few rules to stick to. If there is anything that is not listed here, which you feel should be listed or which promotes further question, you must contact me for clarification with a response before taking any further action. I welcome genuine working relationships with people whom I feel I can support and where there is mutual benefit. We can work most things out in person. However, you must agree to my terms and conditions as written and spoken and provide challenges in a courteous manner when you disagree. I firmly believe that disagreements can be as creative and transformational and mutually beneficial as agreements.

I will respond to all contact where I have the time, availability and wherewithal. If you contact me and receive no response please try again. Also bear in mind that no response does not mean you have any permission or consent to act on anything that concerns my work. You are responsible for checking these terms before making professional decisions that include me. I'm happy to help and adapt systems where I can, so please work with me with mutuality and patience and do not cut corners. Let's be transparent together.

By working with me, you agree to co-respect and co-uphold all of the terms and conditions, as above and below, and throughout this website, during our professional relationship together:

  • Copyright: My work and website content is protected by copyright. All rights are reserved.

  • Ownership: My creative ideas and intellectual property are not to be reproduced or used for commercial gain, or for general use in a way that might exploit power without my express permission and enthusiastic consent.

  • Sharing: Only I have the right to release my work to the public, and no part of it may be downloaded or shared unless my consent is given, and you must give me credit. Any and all forms of consent to use my data or property may be withdrawn at any time, at which time I will notify you and you must comply to end/edit/remove or return the work in-tact at my request within 7-10 days.

  • GDPR compliance: my personal details may only be stored with my permission. You must use code for my name where necessary in your notes in order to maintain confidentiality. Your notes must be stored in a locked cabinet or double-authentication password-protected file. You must destroy any notes with my details upon my request. If you receive contact asking to share any of my details, even if that person appears to be me, an external authority or someone who knows me, you and I must agree to additional direct contact by email and telephone or in-person in order to confirm my permission. This is the same as I will do for you.

  • Privacy: All conversations, recordings, documents and photographs are private and confidential, except where rights are released in paperwork. Clients must agree to my privacy policy.

  • Offers: All offers, including but not limited to low cost, pro bono and special offers, may be withdrawn at my discretion any time.

  • Revision: you must agree to update me with revisions of commercial work and ideas that are in any way connected or inspired by my own original work; I will approve it or ask for changes and you must comply. Contracts may be revised and work re-started at any time.

  • Personal Identity: My behaviour, verbal communication, life story and human right to privacy are protected and you must receive my consent before you repeat anything I say or do. Please feel free to tell people my name /job titles/business mission/vision statement and direct them to contact my website if you feel my work may be of benefit to them. Please request a media package if you would like to publish anything about me.

  • Service: I retain the right to choose my professional engagements, adapt my services and to refuse and withhold services where I deem necessary.

  • Communication: Respect and non-judgement are the basic modes of communication in which I operate with all my clients and colleagues, and the same is expected in return so if you break this code of conduct you may no longer be entitled to service and may still be charged.

  • Mistakes/Malpractice: Any concerns for possible mistakes or malpractice must be raised with me personally before bringing in outside parties.

  • Feedback: Friendly feedback and criticism are welcome; please approach me with an attitude of kindness and the intention to shine a light / begin anew / resolve conflicts and grow in harmony together.

  • Reparations: if you experience hurt or serious concern that you feel I may have played a part in and which is making you suffer, you must contact me within 24-hours and I will endeavour to care for you and make reparations in the best way I feel I am able to.

  • Conflicts: In the case of conflicts that we cannot privately resolve, you or I may bring in a non-partial, private mediator in order to facilitate. I reserve the right to remain silent and to disengage from unfriendly criticism, and to challenge perceptions in a constructive manner only in good relationships. I reserve the right to end relationships if a resolution cannot be found.

  • Credit: You must pay credit where credit is due, in the form of acknowledgements, financial payments or other means. Tell me how and when you wish to use my work or ideas before they're published. Bring me in on the draft. Let me know! I want to support you as best I can but may take legal action if you evade me.

  • Health & Safety: I retain the right to protect health and hygiene standards in my clinic; all clients must be impeccably clean, and you must be responsible for your own health and safety, and inform me of any diseases that you carry.

  • Missed Appointments: Missed appointments may still incur charges, including sessions that are offered for free at my discretion, and this will usually be my full hourly rate (minimum).

  • Additional Charges: I retain the right to charge for breakages, loss and damages. Also, any part of my work, writing or ideas that are lifted without my consent will be charged at £50 per word, this is not to reflect commercial rate but as a measure to cover legal fees and time costs and mitigate harm, therefore please do not cause harm to yourself or my work; act only with goodwill combined with my consent.

  • Zero-tolerance: I practice zero-tolerance for any interference in my work that may cause personal or professional harm.

  • Theft: I retain the right to prosecute for theft

  • Harassment: Attempts to seduce, make sexual advances or remarks toward me are totally inappropriate and any occurrences would constitute a case for harassment. It's ok to talk about your sexual health including pleasure and pain, in a respectful way if it is a part of your healing journey, which will be positively supported.

  • Damages: I retain the right to pursue legal action for defamation, slander or damages caused to my person or livelihood.

  • Dispute: If for any reason you have a concern or dispute about the way I work, then you must contact me privately before contacting any other agency. Any breakages of this rule may be treated as defamation and legal action may be taken.

  • Prayer: I pray for all my clients and colleagues and you're welcome to pray for me also if you want to.

  • Expectations: Please be both realistic and positive in your expectations of our encounters.
