A Heart-Centred Approach

'Tell me, what else should I have done? Doesn't everything die at last, and too soon? Tell me, what is it you plan to do with your one wild and precious life?'

Mary Oliver, Poet

Therapy essentially means 'to accompany' or 'to be alongside' in a compassionate way. My private practice is informed by feedback from clients, phenomenological research, cutting-edge professional development trainings and my commitment to ongoing clinical supervision. As a holistic, integrative therapist, I practise to create a trauma-sensitive 'HeartSpace' for my clients to bring their whole selves, including parts of yourself that may be struggling to cope, and parts that you may have found previously too painful to look at.  You are wholly and completely welcome to talk with me and explore your 'one, wild and precious life' in the comfort of embodied, therapeutic care and heartfelt support.
