Rates

My standard fees are £80 per 50-minute session and £40 per 30-minute session. To ensure services remain accessible, I offer a sliding scale based on affordability—so you can pay what you can afford.

If you're in a position to pay the full fee, your contribution helps sustain essential services by covering the cost of:

• Office overheads (including ICO, insurance, bills etc.)

• Regular clinical supervision and specialist consultations

• Ongoing professional training in areas such as autism, trauma, gender, race and sexuality

• Ethical membership and personal development

• Frugal living expenses

• Accessible services addressing social inequalities and NHS gaps
