Living Wisely
Counselling for a Calmer Life
Online and Phone Sessions
As a therapist, my role is to guide and support you as you explore your life and emotions. I provide a safe, non-judgmental space where you can focus on your well-being. While I can’t change your life for you, together we can explore ways to cultivate calm, confidence, and self-compassion.
This space is for all aspects of you—whether it’s your thoughts, feelings, needs, struggles, dreams, or questions. Nothing is too small or too big to explore. I deeply respect your individuality, and you will be treated with dignity and acceptance.
Online counselling offers the flexibility to work together wherever you are, fitting into your life. I practise an integrative, person-centred approach, meaning that the therapy experience is fully tailored to your unique needs, drawing on a variety of therapeutic modalities. This process empowers you to take the lead, while I offer empathy and support.
Everyone needs extra support at times, and therapy can help ground you while working toward meaningful changes at your own pace.
Common emotional and relationship issues I support clients with:
Anxiety and low mood
Family and relationship difficulties
Loneliness and isolation
Loss and bereavement
Trauma, PTSD, and CPTSD
Existential and identity-related exploration:
Autism and ADHD (diagnosed or awaiting diagnosis)
LGBTQ+ identity, sex, and intimacy
Creativity, spirituality, and cultural identity
Self-discovery
In counselling, we can explore both emotional challenges and existential questions, helping you navigate life’s complexities with compassion and clarity.

Some of the benefits of therapy may include:
A calm, neutral space to explore your sense of self
Learning how to accept and release strong emotions
Finding ways to reduce overthinking and self-criticism
Understanding how childhood and past experiences shape you
Making positive life choices
Therapy offers an opportunity to gain insights into yourself, process your emotions, and work toward meaningful change that aligns with your personal values, needs, and desires.
