Cancellation Policy
Life happens! Sometimes cancelling is no problem at all – it’s just how things go. But since your appointment time is reserved just for you, here’s how I handle changes with fairness and care:
1. Cancellations
Ideally: 7 days’ notice when possible (this helps me offer your spot to others waiting)
At minimum: 24 hours’ notice to avoid fees
Oops moments (<24 hours): The full session fee applies—but if it’s a true emergency, just reach out! I’ll always approach it with understanding.
2. Missed Sessions
First time? It happens to the best of us! The session will still incur the full cost, but more importantly, I want to understand what happened and how we can prevent it next time.
If it happens again? We’ll have a caring but honest conversation about whether this is the right time for therapy.
3. Payments
Late cancellation or no-show fees will be charged before your next session.
