Working with diverse individuals, I consistently hear some of the same concerns about spiritual life and community.
"I've been hurt by my religious past, but I'm not giving up on my spiritual journey."
"I'm part of a spiritual tradition, but it's been a struggle to make the practices meaningful in my daily life."
"I have my own beliefs, and they're a big part of who I am, but I haven't found a community or tradition that feels like the right fit for me."
"My beliefs don't fit into a mainstream box. I often feel misunderstood and worry about being judged."
"I feel alone on my spiritual journey and I long for a community that truly sees and accepts me for who I am."
If any of this resonates, you're not alone.
I offer spiritual accompaniment in one-to-one and group formats. These sessions, held every 6 to 8 weeks, are a space to explore your spiritual path and your connection to the divine, the spiritual element, or whatever words you use to describe your understanding of ultimate reality.
This practice is open to people of all faith traditions, as well as those who identify with none. Whether you're seeking deeper meaning, navigating a life transition, or simply longing for a place to reflect, you're welcome here.
If you'd like to explore whether we're a good fit, I warmly invite you to get in touch.
Sessions are freely given. You're encouraged to contribute what you can to support the sustainability of this offering, but no one is turned away for lack of funds.
