Experiences You May Be Facing

Below are some experiences people often bring to therapy. Many describe these as mental health challenges, but I take a non-pathologising approach.

I don’t see your thoughts, feelings, or behaviours as signs that something is wrong with you. Instead, I understand internal struggle and distress as part of being human—often shaped by your family, culture, social experiences, and environment.

In therapy, we’ll explore what your distress might be telling you about your life, your relationships, and the world around you. Together, we’ll find what feels supportive and meaningful as you move forward.
