Below are some experiences people often bring to therapy. Many describe these as mental health challenges, but I take a non-pathologising approach.

I don’t see your thoughts, feelings, or behaviours as signs that something is wrong with you. Instead, I understand internal struggle and distress as part of being human and shaped by your biological make up, family, culture, social experiences, and environment.

In therapy, we’ll explore what your distress might be showing you about your life, your relationships, and the world around you. Together, we’ll gather insights and explore way would make life more wonderful for you, as you move forward.
